Terms of Sale & Shipping

General Policy

• Shipping and delivery will be completed within 5–7 working days after placing and confirming the order with our executive.
• Customers are advised to keep the tax invoice safe, as it is an important document for proof of ownership. A digital copy may also be stored for future reference. This document is required for all transactions.
• Prices of silver, diamonds, and gold are subject to change based on daily market fluctuations.
• To request a return or exchange, customers must email us at contactus@lightpink-turkey-874781.hostingersite.com with order details and the reason for the request.
• An order can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order (not 12 working hours).
• Any re-cutting or re-polishing of gemstones or jewellery, whether purchased from us or elsewhere, will be done on a chargeable basis.
• Free delivery is available on purchases above ₹7,500. A delivery fee of ₹150 applies to orders below this amount.
• All new certification expenses will be charged as a one-time, non-refundable fee during the transaction.
• Shipping charges and payment gateway fees, if any, are non-refundable in case of returns.
• Lifetime free servicing (cleaning) is available for products purchased from us. Customers are required to bear the courier charges.
• For jewellery repairs, if there is an increase in metal weight (gold, silver, copper, or panchdhatu), the additional cost will include metal price + making charges + GST.
• If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is not accepted and returned, the customer must bear the shipping cost for both the original and re-shipped order due to reverse logistics charges.

Gemstones Policy

• Customers are required to pay for any additional gemstone certifications. This process may take an additional 8–10 working days (e.g., GII, GIA, or other certifications).
• A gemstone can be returned only if it is sent back within 20 days of delivery with the original invoice, vouchers, packaging, and lab certificate, and is in the same condition as sold.
• A gemstone can be exchanged only if it is sent back within 15 days of delivery with the original invoice, coupons, packaging, and lab certificate, and is in the same condition as sold.
• Lifetime buyback applies to all gemstones when returned with the original invoice and lab certificate. The buyback value will be determined based on the condition and wear and tear of the gemstone. For more details, please refer to the Buyback Policy page.
