Refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days after confirmation of order cancellation, and the amount will be credited to the customer.
The refund will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
If the customer prefers to receive the refund via bank transfer, they must share their banking details with our team via email or WhatsApp. The refund will be processed after the account is added and verified.
To cancel an order, the customer must send an email to contactus@caratandcolour.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
The cancellation email must include the customer’s name, contact number, address, and Order ID/number.
The order will be considered cancelled only after email confirmation is received by the customer. The cancellation will be effective from the date and time of confirmation.
Customized orders (Bracelets or Malas) can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Customers are requested to contact us via WhatsApp for such requests.
