The customer can return the product, provided the product isn’t damaged and the original certificate is sent back, within 20-day of receiving the product.
The customer will have to contact our executive through Whatsapp for placing a request for reverse pick-up. Our delivery partner will take care of the process.
The parcel should b properly packed with due care for the product. The product should not be seen from the outer packaging.
The 20-day return period will begin after the product is delivered to you (as per the delivery partner’s update).
After 20 days, any return will be considered a Buyback. Please read the Terms and Conditions of the Return Policy.
Customized Jewellery (Ring, Pendant, Any other Jewelry) cannot be returned. However, it may be exchanged / considered a buyback in accordance with the exchange Terms and Conditions.
Once purchased, Bracelets and Malas cannot be returned.
Gemstones – Exchange
The customer will get the exchanged product within 5 – 7 working days, upon the confirmation for selecting the new product and QC as per our policy (No damage and Original Certificate needed).
If you need to exchange a Gemstone/ Bracelet/ Mala, it should happen within the next 20 days from the date of delivery.
The 20-day period begins after the delivery of your product (as per your delivery partner’s update).
After 20 days, you will not be exchanging any goods. You can return your goods and it will count as a buyback. Please refer to your relevant policy document.
Customized jewelry sent back for exchange goes through a Quality Control (QC) process. If the reason for the exchange is justified, then the customer can replace the product with a new one of their choice.

The final decision of any transaction within the Return & Exchange terms rests with the management.
