Customers are requested to keep the Tax Invoice safe and handy, as it is an important document for proving ownership. The customer can save a digital copy of the same. This document is required for all future transactions.
Silver, Diamonds, and Gold have different selling and purchasing prices and are subject to change as per daily market fluctuations.
To request a return or exchange, the customer must send an email to contactus@caratandcolour.com, explaining the order details and the reason for the request.
A consumer can cancel an order only within the next 12 hours of placing the order (not within the next 12 working hours).
Any re-cutting or re-polishing of gemstones or jewelry, whether purchased from us or elsewhere, will be on chargeable basis.
Free delivery will be available for purchases above Rs. 7,500/-.
The delivery fee is Rs. 150/-.
All new certification expenses will be collected as a one-time, non-refundable payment during the transaction.
Shipping expenses and payment gateway fees, if any, will not be refunded if the product is returned.
If you purchase a gemstone or jewellery from us, any servicing (cleaning) will be done for free of cost for lifetime. The customer will have to bear the courier charges.
With regards to Jewellery, if during repair there is an increase in Gold or Silver or Metal weight (Copper / Panchdhatu), actual Metal price + Making Charges + GST shall be applicable.
If the customer has placed a COD order, and he / she fails to collect it, our delivery partner will send it back to us. In this case, if the customer wants to place the order again, he / she has to bear the shipping cost of Old and New parcel, as we have to bear reverse logistics charges as well.
Gemstones
Customers will be required to pay for any additional certifications of stones. Additional 8-10 working days are available for Gemstone GIs, GIAs, and any new certifications.
Once a Gemstone has been sold, it can only be returned, privided if it is sent back to us with the original copy of the invoice, vouchers, original packaging, and lab certificates provided at the time of purchase and in the same condition as the Gemstone sold within 20 days of delivery.
Once a Gemstone has been sold, it can only be exchanged, provided if it is sent back to us with the original invoice, coupons, original package, and lab certificate provided at the time of purchase, and in the same condition as the Gemstone sold within 15 days of delivery.
Lifetime buyback applies to all products with the original invoice and lab certificate provided when the Gemstone is sold. The cost of the Gemstone buyback will be determined by the amount of wear and tear it has experienced. For details, please refer to the Buyback Policy page.
