The Refund shall be processed and amount shall be credited back to the customer within 2 – 5 working days, upon confirmation of cancellation of the order.
The Refund shall be given back in the same mode, through which the payment was made in the first place.
In case the customer wishes to get back payment in the bank, the customer will have to share the banking details with our team over mail or WhatsApp and the same shall be processed after adding the account.
In the event that any order has been placed, the customer will have to send an email to contactus@caratandcolour.com within 12 hours of the date of placing the order.
The email should contain the necessary information, including the customer’s name, contact number and address, as well as the Order number/ID.
The order will remain canceled as of the date and time the customer receives the email confirmation.
Customized orders of Bracelet or Mala may only be canceled within the next 12 hours of the date the order was placed. Please contact us on Whatsapp for the same.
