- If you are an international buyer, please confirm delivery availability in your country before placing the order. Orders are shipped only through registered international courier services or International Speed Post.
- If you are a domestic buyer, please ensure that your order is shipped through a registered courier service or Speed Post.
- Carat & Colour – Gemstone Brand by House of Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. However, we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 3–5 working days from the date of order and payment, or as mutually agreed, subject to courier/postal service standards.
- All orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
