Once the Quality Control (QC) has been completed, a good will be eligible for Buyback.
Lifetime buyback applies only to a Gemstone purchased from us.
Pieces that are completely damaged, broken in parts, or completely shapeless will not be eligible.
Bracelets and Malas purchased after the date of purchase will not be eligible for the buyback policy.
During the buyback process, the original invoice must be used and the stone must be certified.
The price of the buyback will be determined after the product goes through the QC process. The buyback value is calculated at the true cost of the Gemstone excluding any one time costs/charges.
If the Gemstone passes the QC process, the price will be determined as indicated below:
0 to 5 years from the date of purchase
Ruby, Blue, and Yellow sapphires at flat 75% of their original value. All other gems at max. 75% of the original value at the date of purchase.
Post 5 Years from the Date of Purchase:
Max. Gemstones at Max. Gemstones at 50% value at time of purchase. The management has the final say in any Buyback transaction.
A Gemstone may not qualify for a Gemstone Buyback due to the following reasons: The Gemstone is Broken to Pieces or Shattered and/or Is Not a C&C Product
