Terms of Buyback

Gemstones Buyback Policy

• A gemstone becomes eligible for buyback only after successfully passing the Quality Control (QC) process.
• Lifetime buyback is applicable only to gemstones purchased from us.
• Not eligible for buyback: Completely damaged gemstones, broken or shattered pieces, and stones that have lost their original shape.
• Bracelets and malas are not eligible under the buyback policy.
• During the buyback process: The original invoice must be presented, and the gemstone must be certified.
• The buyback value will be determined only after the QC process is completed.
• The value is calculated based on the actual cost of the gemstone, excluding any one-time charges (e.g., making charges, certification fees).

Buyback Value Structure

• 0 to 5 years from the date of purchase: Ruby, Blue Sapphire, and Yellow Sapphire at flat 75%; all other gemstones up to 75% of the original purchase value.
• After 5 years from the date of purchase: All gemstones up to 50% of the original purchase value.

Important Notes

• The management reserves the final right to accept or reject any buyback request.
• A gemstone may be rejected if it is broken or shattered, or if it is not a Carat & Colour (C&C) product.
