The customer may return the product within 20 days of delivery, provided the product is not damaged and the original certificate is returned.
To initiate a return, the customer must contact our executive via WhatsApp to request a reverse pick-up. Our delivery partner will handle the process.
The parcel must be properly packed with due care. The product should not be visible from the outer packaging.
The 20-day return period begins from the date of delivery (as per the delivery partner’s update).
After 20 days, any return request will be treated as a Buyback. Please refer to the Buyback Policy for details.
Customized jewellery (rings, pendants, or any other jewellery) cannot be returned. However, it may be eligible for exchange or buyback as per applicable terms.
Bracelets and malas are not eligible for return once purchased.
Gemstones – Exchange Policy
The exchanged product will be delivered within 5–7 working days after confirmation of the new product selection and successful Quality Control (QC) check.
Exchange requests must be made within 20 days from the date of delivery.
The 20-day period starts from the delivery date (as per the delivery partner’s update).
After 20 days, exchange requests will not be accepted. The product will instead be treated under the Buyback Policy.
Products sent for exchange must pass the QC process (no damage and original certificate required).
Customized jewellery sent for exchange will be accepted only if the reason is valid. Upon approval, the customer may select a new product of their choice.
